The following scale of fees is the basis upon which costs are calculated. There is no set scale of fees in Queensland. Our fees are similar to those recommended by legislation in New South Wales.

The scale is indicative of the costs involved (exclusive of GST) but of course the extent of the work to be undertaken may not be known until your requirements are discussed and the documents are inspected. In most cases the costs you will incur will be between $88 and $165.00 where the attendance is less than half an hour. The hourly rate ($440) will usually apply to work done which exceeds half an hour.

	Preparing Notarial Certificate verifying \| certifying execution of a document by one
